Yes. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your pickup time, you receive 90% of what you paid back; the money reaches your account within about 14 working days. Closer to your pickup than that, your driver is already on the way to you, so the fare can no longer be refunded. If you only need to change something — a new time, a different address, an extra passenger — write to us and we will take care of it.
Nothing you need to worry about. We ask for your flight number when you book and follow the flight ourselves. If you land late, your driver already knows and comes at your new landing time. You are not charged anything extra for a delay, and you do not need to call us — we have it covered.
