About HolidayCab

What we do

HolidayCab connects travellers with licensed local transport companies for airport, port and hotel transfers, and for hourly chauffeur hire within a city.

We are not a taxi company and we do not own vehicles. We handle the booking, the price and the money; a local operator drives.

How suppliers are selected

• Company registration and transport licence are checked before any work is offered.
• Insurance and vehicle documents are recorded with expiry dates; an expired mandatory document blocks new assignments automatically.
• Ratings are collected after every completed ride, and consistently low scores suspend an operator.

How pricing works

Prices come from a published price list per airport and destination area, not from an algorithm that reacts to demand. The amount you see when booking is the amount charged.
