Fuerteventura Airport transfers

Fuerteventura is a long island and the airport sits in the middle of it, at El Matorral just south of Puerto del Rosario. The resorts are at the two ends. North are Corralejo and El Cotillo, with the dunes and the ferry to Lanzarote. South, down the single main road, are Costa Calma, the Jandia peninsula and Morro Jable at the very tip.

That shape is the thing to check against your booking: two guests landing on the same flight can travel in opposite directions for an hour or more. There is no railway, and the bus network follows the same single road. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, the price covers the whole vehicle and your luggage and is fixed when you book, and the driver follows your flight, which matters on the late charters that land after dark.
