How long will the driver wait for me?
At the airport your driver waits up to 60 minutes free of charge, counted from the moment your plane actually lands — not from your booked time. That leaves room for passport control and baggage reclaim. For pickups from a hotel or an address, 15 minutes of free waiting time apply, since there is no flight to wait for.
How much luggage can I bring?
Every vehicle shows how many passengers and how many standard suitcases it takes, so you can choose with confidence. A standard suitcase is one whose length, width and height together stay under 158 cm — the usual airline checked-bag size. Count small children as passengers too: they need a seat. Travelling with skis, a golf bag, a bicycle or a wheelchair? Add it while booking so we send a vehicle with room for it.
